Really is true especially when “men use the religious justification to controll their wives”. My x till today is convinced that he didn’t do anything against what GOD has ordered him to do towards his family, even if he has to kill a soul, its “halal” because Allahs orders tell him to do so. It’s overwhelming because no matter how much you try to convince them that its not true, you just can’t. Only solution is The D word [DIVORCE]. Even that is another challenge and MAJOR test on its own. Alhamdulilah
